Criteria:
• 9 - 15 years' experience in Planning and Process Engineering functions in Hydrocarbon processing industry.
• Experience in Capital budget management, projects conceptualization, scope development, capital planning, and Optimization studies
• Good understanding of oil Industry Marketing plans, product specifications, Oil industry Strategic Plans
