1. Field Commissioning specialist/Operators USD 2000-3000 plus Accommodation, Transportation, Medical

Commissioning Specialist:

Your key responsibilities and accountabilities will be:

·         Ensures all personnel adhere to a high standard of Safety under the PTW system and is responsible for all jobs on the Plant (Cold, Hot)

·         Conducts of Tool Box Talks on daily basis for jobs on the Plant

·         Conducts of Job Safety Analysis in case of job to be carried out with potential hazards

·         Supervise the witnessing activities of staff within the assigned Unit

·         Review and provide support to the commissioning coordinator in reviewing PTOP handover package

·         Supervise and carry out the Commissioning activities of staff within the assigned Unit.

·         Carry out the punch listing activities

·         Carry out the ESD system functional test

·         Review the availability of the hydrocarbon commodities for the initial start-up

·         Participate in the elaboration of the start-up dossier Supervise the start-up activities of staff within the assigned Unit.

·         Schedules, coordinates and provides field supervision of staff involved in operation Team

·         Support Owner in the troubleshooting

·         Ensure HSE records.

·         Prepares work plans for the day to day activities.

·         Maintains records and prepares reports.

Your key technical competencies will be: Knowledge of refinery operating process; Downstream Oil & Gas Industry; Pre-Commissioning; Commissioning; Start Up; Project Hand Over; Project Integrated Schedule; Operating Manuals Review; and Development of SOP

Essential for you to have:

Technical Diploma or 5 years additional experience or equivalent. A minimum of 6 years of experience in operating and Commissioning of the field of Refinery / Petrochemicals.

At least 6 years’ experience in a similar positon in the field of refinery handling process related to pre- commissioning and commissioning activities.

Specific Process Units experience relevant to the project (HCK, HDU/HRU/HCU/SGU, SRU/ARU, HSRU, GODU, MAFP, FCC/NHT and Steam/Air/N2/WW/CW/FW/H.FLARE/FGRU).

Strong people management and interpersonal skills.

Good written and verbal communication and presentation skills in English.

Proven experience for renowned clients in region

DCS Commissioning specialist

Your key responsibilities and account abilities will be: 

·         Participate to the witnessing of the Control room

·         Participate to the review of the OTS

·         Relieving the head operator and rotation in all positions to maintain skills when qualified

·         To control continuous operation of the units under his care

·         To execute appropriate processes needed for start, operation and interruption of an installation / equipment or a production unit, in compliance with procedures and instructions

·         To ensure implementation of operation procedures and safety and environment rules

Your key technical competencies will be:

·         Knowledge of refinery operating process;

·         Downstream Oil & Gas Industry; Pre-Commissioning; Commissioning; Start Up

Essential for you to have:

·         Technical Diploma or 5 years additional experience or equivalent.

·         A minimum of 6 years of experience in operating and Commissioning of the field of Refinery / Petrochemicals.

·         At least 6 years’ experience in a similar positon in the field of refinery handling plant related to Plant Control Room Operation activities.

Field Commissioning specialist

Your key responsibilities and accountabilities will be:

·         Participate in Tool Box Talks on daily basis for jobs on the Plant

·         Communicates and informs CR about job progress and, if need be, about any problem encountered

·         Acts as "On scene" Operator in case of emergency

·         Performs a Plant inspection (Checking of any leak, Safety Equipment checks, checking of rotating equipment condition)

·         Takes Field Parameters Readings (DCS, Separators)

·         Checks Chemical pumps, adjusting dosing rates and chemical filling

·         Performs jobs as per Control Room requirements including the re-setting of valves for restarting after a shutdown

·         Assists Maintenance Team for Mechanical Isolations / De-isolation, CO² System Isolation / De-isolation

·         Your key technical competencies will be: Knowledge of refinery operating process;

·         Downstream Oil & Gas Industry; Pre-Commissioning; Commissioning; Start Up

Essential for you to have:

·         Technical Diploma

·         A minimum of 10 years of experience in Operations of the field of Refinery / Petrochemicals.

·         Acceptable level of communication.

·         Proven experience for renowned clients in region.

·         Specific Process Units experience relevant to the project (HCK, HDU/HRU/HCU/SGU, SRU/ARU, HSRU, GODU, MAFP, FCC/NHT and Steam/Air/N2/WW/CW/FW/H.FLARE/FGRU).
